A merger of HEFKO GmbH by absorption of HEFKO Products GmbH has taken place on 3rd September 2013.
HEFKO GmbH – Spare Parts offer a comprehensive service in procurement of spare parts and equipment. HEFKO Products GmbH with its outstanding know how provides a wide range of equipment and components for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems for maritime applications.
Henceforth forces of both companies are conjoined in the “new” HEFKO GmbH with its two business fields Spare Parts and Products. The gained power and the increased efficiency inure to the benefit of our customers as well as our suppliers.
The merger doesn´t lead to any changes in the management or contact persons known by you. The merged HEFKO GmbH will be managed by Dr. Dieter Cohrs who has already been responsible for both separated companies.
Change of address
HEFKO GmbH moves on 01.10.2013 to a new site which provides extended means in respect of logistics, handling of goods and administration.
